What is the difference between hourly rates, flat fee, or contingency fees?
Hourly fees are based on an hourly rate for services rendered. Flat fees are fixed amounts that are agreed upon when you retain our services. Contingency fees will be based upon what we recover for you. If there is no recovery, there is no fee owed by you.

What is Jail vs. Prison?
A jail sentence, typically as a result of a more serious misdemeanor conviction is served at a local county or regional jail. A prison sentence results from a felony conviction and is served at a state correctional facility.
